Fantastic stay near Gare du Nord

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep SO MUCH. The staff was helpful. Plus, the proximity to transportation hubs made getting around really EASY.
The vending machine only accepts notes but gives change in coins. This can be INCONVENIENT.

excellent lightingnight staff
the room had excellent lighting for makeup. a full length mirror and bathroom mirror were available. the night shift staff was nice.

The renovated bathroom had a clean design. I found it quite modern. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. I really appreciated their local knowledge. i used the personal safe in the room to store my passport. It gave me great peace of mind.
the breakfast room felt small and crowded during peak hours! i had to wait a short time to find an available table, made me run a bit late.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were really nice (i mean, really well kept). i appreciated that they provide a kettle and hot drink options in the room. it was convenient that i could leave my key at the desk, staffed 24 hours.
the neighborhood made me feel uncomfortable at times.

i have stayed at this place several times and i am grateful for the consistency. the staff are always friendly and they are very helpful with directions. the rooms are well-kept and the linens were clean. i also appreciated the kettle in the room.
the rooms are small as with many accommodations in the city. the breakfast area felt crowded, especially when trying to get something to eat.

The room lacked storage space. I had to request milk and pop. The mirror lights did not work. The area is a bit dodgy.
